Climate Fresk workshop
From understanding climate change to concrete solutions and action
What is Climate Fresk?
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. But understanding it doesn’t have to be complicated – if you have the right tools.
Climate Fresk is a globally recognised interactive workshop on climate change, based on IPCC science (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change). In just three hours, it enables you to:
understand the causes and consequences of climate change,
connect key impacts at global and local levels,
design concrete sustainable actions for personal, professional or organisational change.
How does the Climate Fresk
workshop work?
The workshop is built around a card game, where each element represents a piece of the complex climate system. Through group dynamics and collaboration, participants co-create a visual “fresco” that maps the links between causes and consequences of climate change. TThe process is guided by a trained facilitator who adapts the content and dynamic to the group – from individuals to businesses.
The workshop:
is based on official IPCC science,
strengthens collaboration and collective intelligence,
encourages thinking about practical solutions,
motivates participants towards sustainable change.
Companies and teams developing sustainability or ESG strategies, looking to raise awareness and build internal capacity for action.
Public institutions and organisations seeking high-quality climate education.
Individuals who want to understand how climate change affects their lives, work and environment.
The workshop is suitable for all levels of prior knowledge and a wide range of age groups.
Who is it for?
“Throughout the workshop, the students remained active, engaged enthusiastically, and reflected with genuine interest on how they themselves can contribute to protecting the environment. The content was delivered clearly and in a way that felt close and accessible to children, while the use of diverse working methods created a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere. The students responded very positively to the workshop and expressed a wish for similar content in the future. I would recommend the Climate Fresk workshop to schools, teaching staff, and organisations that want to open up the topic of climate change and sustainable development in an inclusive way.”

What our customers say
”The Climate Fresk workshop presents the topic in a very clear, visual, and participatory way, helping people understand the issues and reflect on concrete solutions. I would recommend it to organizations, teams, and individuals who want to deepen their understanding of environmental impacts.”
- Aleksej Metelko, Development Centre Novo mesto
”I was introduced to Polona Hrovat Mavsar through a recommendation from a colleague at another company. She delivered a sustainability lecture for our employees that gave them a clear framework for understanding the key concepts and made it easier for them to discuss these topics with clients. At the same time, she mentored me in facilitating Climate Fresk – her approach is very practical: she encourages you to try things yourself and provides clear guidance and very concrete feedback, which allowed me to confidently facilitate the workshop independently.”
- Dejan Srše, Generali Insurance
